1. What types of EMS courses do you offer? We offer a wide range of EMS and Healthcare courses, including AHA Certifications, TDSHS Certifications, NAEMT Classes, and other specialized programs. Our courses cover basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support, and many more.
2. How do I enroll in an EMS course? You can enroll in any of our courses by clicking the "Enroll Now" button next to the course description on this page. You will be guided through a simple registration process. 3. Are your courses available online? Yes, we offer both in-person and online courses to accommodate different learning preferences and schedules. Each course description will indicate whether it is available online, in-person, or both.
4. Can you travel to us for a course? Yes, for the majority of all of our programs, we can offer the course at your facility, online, or in a blended learning style. Please contact us either via email or phone to request a quote and tell us what services you require.
5. What certifications will I receive upon completing a course? Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a nationally recognized certification relevant to the course you completed, such as AHA and NAEMT certifications, or the ability to sit fort he National Registry of EMT's exam to become state certified.
6. Who are the course instructors? The course instructors are all professional first responders with years of service in the fire, emergency medical services, or police departments who are also certified instructors with teaching experience.
7. Do I need to purchase any materials for the courses? For most courses, all necessary materials are included. However, for AHA Instructor courses, instructors must purchase their instructor materials. Specific course descriptions will provide details on required materials.
8. Can I take a refresher course if my certification has expired? We offer refresher courses, depending on how long your certificate has been expired for and which certification is needing to be renewed, you may have to retake the full course. Please reach out to us, and we will help provide information on what is required to re-obtain certification, renew your certification, or keep your certification current.
9. What courses should I take? If you have trouble deciding which course or courses to take for your profession or recertification, please call or email us, and we will be happy to assist you in choosing the right options.
10. What kind of payment plans do you offer? You can apply for financing through PayPal just reach out to us for this option. We are working on accepting other payment plans services. We are also able to invoice your company. Agencies can also apply for grants for example volunteer fire departments can utilize HB2604, and for EMS Agencies SB 8 funds.
11. What is your refund policy? Cancellation Policy: A complete refund of 100% will be granted if you cancel your course enrollment within 24 hours of registration or if the course is scheduled to begin more than 14 days from the registration date, unless any of the exceptions detailed below are applicable. Once a class has commenced or if you provide less than 24 hours' notice for cancellation, no refunds will be issued. A 25% refund will be processed for cancellations made when the course is set to start within 1-3 days. A 50% refund will be applicable if the course start date falls between 4-7 days from the cancellation date. A 75% refund will be available if the course is scheduled to commence more than 7 days in advance. Please note that refunds will not cover the expenses related to textbooks, shipping, or course codes if they have already been accessed or if textbooks have been shipped. These costs are non-refundable.
