Can you travel to us for a course?

Yes, for the majority of all of our programs we can offer it at your facility, online, or in a blended learning style. Please contact us either via email or phone to request a quote and tell us what services you require.

Who are the courses instructors?

The course instructors are all professional first responders with years of service in the fire, emergency medical services, or police departments who are also certified instructors with teaching experience. 

 

What courses should I take?

If you have trouble deciding which course or courses to take for your profession or recertification please call or email us and we will be happy to assist you in choosing the right options.

What kind of payment
plans do you offer?

For our initial EMS courses, Continuing education packages and EMS instructor course we offer payment plans with two, three, and six month payment options. A small payment plan fee is assessed based off of option chosen. Certificate or course completion will not be issued until full payment is made.

 

What is your refund Policy?

Cancelation Policy:

  • 30 Days prior to course full refund.

  • 20 Days prior to course 75% refund.

  • 10 Days prior to course 50%

  • 5 Days prior to course 25%

  • 3 Days prior or less to course no refund will be given. In extreme circumstances course date can be changed on a case by case basis.
